Power Vinyasa is a vigorous style of yoga with an emphasis on strength and flexibility, using your breath to flow through each movement. Power Vinyasa heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind through movement, balance, and intention.
It’s a dynamic, energizing practice that sculpts, hones and tones every muscle in the body. You don’t need to be especially flexible or incredibly fit to do this yoga. This 60-minute class is an intense practice and a natural way to build long and lean muscles while finding a balance between strength and flexibility.
