WHAT IS BALA YOGA?
Bala All Levels Description
All Levels classes will offer the most advanced variations, students of “all levels” are welcome to take a class at their own pace. Our vinyasa or “flow” classes seamlessly link breath and movement while building balance, strength, and flexibility. Students will find this practice of flowing from one dynamic pose to another both energizing and grounding.
WHAT IS POWER VINYASA YOGA?
Vinyasa is often called “flow” yoga for a reason: we transition from one pose to the next, connecting fluid movement and breath. This dynamic, challenging form of yoga increases strength, endurance, and overall flexibility. Bala Instructors develop their own sequencing, so the class is always different and each day brings something new.
WHY ARE CLASSES HEATED AT BALA?
Heat helps increase flexibility, aids in circulation, and aids in agility as you move from one pose to the next. We find our students are more mindful of the way their breath and bodywork together in the heated room. You’ll likely find you feel more open, receptive and flexible in the space.
